American Airline pilot on April 11th, flight AA2351 from Mexico City to Dallas refused to fly the plane because one of the passengers had a Saudi Arabia flag and contacted TSA and other airport security personnels to detain and reported a terrorist on the plane “A TERRORISM THREAT”. The pilot which the name and rank and address will be posted in the very near future had just made the biggest mistake of his life. The passenger was none other than Sean Gibbons, the president of Manny Pacquiao Promotions. Mr. Gibbons was leaving Mexico City after celebrating one of his fighters Isaac “PITBULL” Cruz winning the world title in his recent fight last week and was on his way to his promotional tour for Tyson Fury’s fight in Saudi Arabia May 18th. The flag was given to him by the prince of Saudi Arabia and Mr. Gibbons had promised to carry it with him until the fight.

Sean Gibbons booked a first class ticket to fly from Mexico City to Dallas, seating in 1F which is right in front (he had placed his carry on under the seat, to make it clear to our readers he had a window seat which is private and secluded corner), Mr. Gibbons was approached by a flight attendant and was told that “Some passengers are complaining that there is a flag on board with Arabic Writing on it, and if it would be OK for Sean to place the flags in the upper carry luggage storage. Sean replies “No problem”.
Flight attendant secures the flags in above head storage space and within 5 minutes two security personnels come on board the plane on the tarmac and ask Mr. Gibbons to exit the plane and he has been taken off the plane and can not fly due to the Pilot has called the security and requested Sean Gibbons to be escorted off the plane. During this entire time, Sean had no clue what was going on and had no idea the security came on board to escort him off the plane. Imagine the shock if it was you. Sean says.
While the security was escorting Sean off the plane as they were walking down the corridor of the walkway, the security turns to Sean and says, “this is Saudi Arabia flag? Sean replies “Yes”. The security tells Sean that “The pilot had complained telling us that “there is a person on the plane that is a Palestinian supporter and needs to be taken off the plane”. This goes to the ignorance and stupidity of the pilots of American Airlines.
Sean books a United Airlines ticket and flys home with one of the best airlines in the United States “United Airlines” with the Saudi flag in hand along with the United Airline pilot. This is to show how American Airlines are bullies, ignorant and feel entitled to force their views on to the their passengers. American Airlines have done worse to other passengers in the past and are facing multiple lawsuits. This case is going to haunt American Airlines for a long time to come and damage their reputation and I would guess they are about to loose many customers in the very near future.
